A lonely road is the one I trod, So long and unforgiving. Though by my side appears a shape, Another, and another, their form is always shifting. As the day stretches on and the night grows dark, The cold, it is a'settling. While my path begins to roughen and my vision starts to waver, The shades, they begin to disappear. Growing Up

I read something not to long ago that really struck a chord with me, and it was from the weirdest place, too. I was browsing through a website called Memebase when I happened upon a post that said "We never really grow up. We just learn how to act in public"; and I couldn't help but think about how true that is. Though, it made me kind of sad to think about the people who've forgotten that there's still a little kid inside them, and subsequently look down on those who haven't.
